Tradewind are working alongside this popular primary school to appoint an excellent teacher to join their Early Years Provision for September 2020. The ideal candidate will have at least one years' experience, be highly motivated towards pupil success and have the creativity needed to inspire learning in this important key stage.

This school is achieving great results across all Key Stages, and is committed to further improving these through high quality teaching and learning experiences for their pupils. In their recent Ofsted report the school has been noted for the joint efforts of all leaders to improve the quality of teaching and as such they are looking to appoint a teacher who is really confident and committed to excellent pupil outcomes. In Early Years, the Nursery and Reception classes are happy and the children are given ample opportunity to explore language and their social skills. The school is looking for a teacher for either of their Nursery or Reception Classes who will join the team and possibly take on a leadership role in the future. Early years have committed and experienced support staff who are skilled at contributing to excellent learning environments and pupil outcomes. The school is easy to access by road services and provides staff carparking space where possible.
About the Role - Early Years Teacher - Wandsworth, South West London
*Plan and teach teacher led lessons where appropriate following the EYFS Curriculum
*Create exciting child led learning opportunities that consolidate learning
*Use assessment and observation to identify very able children and ensure these children are adequately stretched
*Identify children that need extra support to achieve a good level of development
*Encourage a high level of vocabulary by encouraging children to think and talk about their learning
*Effectively manage support staff to ensure maximum pupil engagement
*Provide a happy, safe and stimulating learning environment
*Keep regular and informative observation notes and regularly make assessments using these
*Build excellent relationships with the pupils and their families
