🍎 Position: Early Years Lead Teacher

🏫 School: Mainstream Primary School in St. Helens

⏰ Type: Full-time 8.30am -4pm, Long-term

📅 Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities: As the Early Years Lead Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in the educational development of young minds. Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team.
• Planning and providing engaging and effective instruction to young learners.
• Developing and implementing a stimulating and inclusive curriculum.
• Ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications and Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• Proven experience in teaching and leading an EYFS team.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to a long-term role, fostering continuity for students.
