Are you passionate about making a positive impact on a child's education journey? Tradewind Manchester is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child in Early Years with suspected Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school environment and contribute to the development of a young learner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the child on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies that promote the child's academic and social development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience working with children is essential.
  • Ideally, possess a Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Demonstrated understanding of working with children with SEND requirements.
