Tradewind Manchester is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child in Early Years with suspected Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the child on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.
- Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies that promote the child's academic and social development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working with children is essential.
- Ideally, possess a Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Demonstrated understanding of working with children with SEND requirements.
