Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Early Years Assistant to support pupils learning development in a nursery on the outskirts of York. The role is expected to last until July and will be Monday to Friday with varying hours.
The responsibilities involve the following:
- Work closely with the pupils and engage them through storytelling activities, learning-style games, crafts, and so on.
- Work closely with other members of staff.
- Follow the Early Years Framework to ensure pupils are on task.
- Observe and monitor pupil's progress.
- Follow safeguarding and behavioural policies.
