We are currently looking for someone to support a disengaged male pupil on a 1:1 basis in an Alternative Education setting based mainly in Kingswood. The work is full-time and will involve the use of a car and to support the young person from the Kingswood centre at times. The ability to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour is a must for this role. The pupil resides in Weston and will need to be picked up from Weston and dropped back to Weston.

Hours of work is 0830-1630 everyday Monday to Friday term-time. There is generous pay offer for the right candidate.

Previous experience is working within an Alternative Education provision, or PRU setting is highly beneficial. Military back ground and training is also desirable. Interest in Sports such as Rugby, Football and Martial Arts is highly desirable to build rapport with the student as the work will involve regular trips to Sports settings and games.
