Are you a passionate and dedicated ECT seeking a fulfilling opportunity in a vibrant educational environment? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Teacher at our primary level in South Liverpool. This is a full-time position with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Early Childhood Teaching curriculum, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

2. Student Development: Support the holistic development of young learners, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth through innovative and interactive teaching methods.

3. Classroom Management: Create a well-organised and conducive learning space, ensuring a safe and positive atmosphere for all students.

4. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to facilitate open communication and a strong support system for student success.

5. Professional Development: Stay updated on educational trends and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
3. Proven experience in teaching at the primary level, with a focus on early childhood education.
4. Strong knowledge of curriculum development and effective teaching strategies for young learners.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
7. Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
