Tradewind are working with a forward thinking, diverse Secondary School in Barnet who are seeking a recent Graduate of English to join their team as an English Assistant on a full-time basis from September 2019.

As an English Assistant, you will be supporting Secondary classes in the English department. You will work closely with the class teacher and support students who require additional support, in order to reach their full potential. You will also be working with students who have mild learning difficulties and require differentiated lesson plans, or individual booster classes. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.

To be successful in this English Assistant position in Barnet, you will:
*Be a recent English Graduate with a 2:1 minimum, strong A Levels and GCSEs
*Be confident, charismatic and engaging

*Have a passion for nurturing growth, and providing exciting, engaging learning environments
*This position would particularly suit an English Graduate aspiring to train as a Teacher in the near future
