Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an English Teacher to take on the additional responsibility of Key Stage Coordinator to join a successful school accessible from Essex, Hertfordshire and London. This charming 11-18 school are able to consider those with experience of a similar role or an outstanding English teacher looking for progression. Experience of teaching English up to A Level is preferable.

Standards within the school continue to increase in all subject areas. Pupil's behaviour is outstanding, they work well together, are courteous and possess a very positive attitude to learning. This, combined with the supportive leadership team, is clearly reflected in the atmosphere around the school.

The successful English Key Stage Coordinator will be:
Caring and have the drive and passion to continue to develop strong relationships with staff, students, parents, governors and the local community.
Rigorous, determined, creative and inspirational in their style and presence as a leader.
A committed and reliable educator, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
Able to utilise a variety of teaching methods to present engaging, thoughtful lessons and CPD session, believing that every student can make outstanding progress.
Up to date knowledge of the KS3, KS4 and KS5 English curriculum with a proven track record or clear potential of results.
