We are searching for an experienced part time English teacher to work in a secondary school in the Bristol area starting in immediately until Easter 2020. This role would be 2 days per week on long-term placement until Easter 2020 with a view of extending. You would be expected to plan, prepare and teach to KS3 and KS4 to mixed ability students. The ideal candidate will be a qualified English teacher who is passionate about their subject and is a great practitioner with high expectations and strong classroom management. You would need to be interested in the science of learning and is committed to continuous improvement. You will have a clear vision, energy and commitment to all aspects of school life. The candidate must have strong behaviour management and at least 1 years' experience teaching English.

This schools is located in South Bristol, which is accessible by car and public transport. The school can offer parking on the school grounds but there is also plenty of on street parking nearby.

*To hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
*This position is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable) and profession reference checks - At least 2!

*You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
