Are you an enthusiastic English Teacher looking for a full-time opportunity starting January 2020 in the East Lancashire area?

Tradewind Preston are delighted to be working with this Ofsted rated 'Good' Alternative Provision Secondary School to recruit an English Teacher to join them in January 2020 for a long-term contract.

This East Lancashire Secondary School has high expectations and has the 'every child matters' ethos. The school has experienced significant growth recently and therefore it is important the right teachers are appointed to ensure the success of the school continues.

You shall be responsible for teaching the subject across KS3 and KS4 and you will also be required to complete all planning, preparation, delivery of lessons and subsequent marking and assessment of pupil's work. Should this arise you will be required to attend parent's evenings and write reports.

This is a full-time contract, you will be expected to commit to the full length of the contract and fulfil the role of a permanent member of staff, therefore including attendance at parent's evenings and other school functions.

To be successful in securing this position you must have:

*Qualified Teacher Status
*Experience teaching English through to KS4
*Experience working within an Alternative Provision
*Good behaviour management
*NQT's and experienced teachers are welcome to apply for this position

The school is located near the M65 which is accessible by car with a large free car parking and easily accessible via public transport.
