Tradewind Recruitment have been asked by several schools in Essex to assist them in the appointment of English teachers to join their teams in January 2020 (some can cater for an earlier start date). There is a range of English teaching opportunities available including; Subject/Department/Phase Leader; Newly Qualified English Teachers (NQT's); Maternity Cover Contracts and Class Teaching. There is also the flexibility to be taken on directly, on a temporary to permanent basis or long term supply. Within each role you would be expected to plan, assess and teach engaging English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students on a full time basis.

The successful English Teacher will be:
A committed and reliable educator, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
A collaborative and driven individual who will lead through creative approaches including the use of ICT and other resources.
Up to date knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 English curriculum with a proven track record of results.
