*Plan and prepare engaging lessons using effective differentiation for individual success
*Contribute to the development of an exciting secondary English Curriculum
*Assess and effectively record progress, attendance and behaviour
*Work closely with SENDCO and SLT to ensure all pupil's needs are met
*Provide supportive and effective pastoral care
*Develop good relationships with parents and the wider community
*Promote a love of lifelong learning
