This "Outstanding" Ofsted school is an oversubscribed and all through school, with 2 forms entry in its primary phase, 6 forms entry in its secondary phase and sixth form too. The English department is growing and therefore seeking an additional teacher to join the department. The school is a faith school; however, you do not need to be of this faith, but need to be empathetic towards the school ethos. You will be required to teach KS3, KS4 and KS5, following AQA at KS4. English results last year were above national average and a value added score of +0.7 Staff wellbeing is fantastic at this school, as well as staff and student relationships, student behaviour and more.
