Tradewind Recruitment are working with a progressive and diverse secondary school who are looking for an experienced and qualified English teacher to join their supportive team.
This role is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to progress their career. The school are consistently making strong progress and offer a number of fantastic incentives.
It would be a full time role teaching English to KS4. The role would begin immediately and go through to the end of the academic year with the potential of becoming a permanent position.
The right candidate would be expected to possess a passion for teaching, strong behaviour management skills and the ability to work effectively alone or within a team.

Located in an ideal, leafy location in Luton, the school are close by to good transport links and have accessible parking.
The English Teacher must:
*Hold QTS Status
*Have previous teaching experience
*Have energy, commitment and creativity
*Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Have a positive attitude
*Have clear and strong written and spoken communication skills
*Be available and willing to commit for the rest of the academic year
