Tradewind are seeking an ambitious, hardworking English teacher for a large secondary school in Scunthorpe.

This is a full-time role, starting with immediate effect on an ongoing temporary basis and will be paid to scale.

The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, be well-grounded and facilitate a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential. You will be expected to plan and implement lessons, monitor the progress of those you teach and keep on top of all marking.
It is essential that applicants for this role have a real passion for the subject to bring topics taught alive.

The school is in a very accessible location and free parking is available for those who work there. A large staff area is located within and the head encourages the use of this to wind down and interact with other experienced colleagues who will support and encourage your continuous professional development.
The role:
* Delivering Key Stage 3 and 4 English
* All planning, marking and assessment
* Afterschool clubs and parents evenings as required
