Tradewind Recruitment is working with an inclusive, progressive, mainstream Secondary School in the heart of Hillingdon, who are looking for an English Graduate passionate about providing an inclusive education for students with SEN or other barriers to their learning. This is a full time, long term Teaching Assistant opportunity commencing in January which runs until the ned of the academic year and will pay between £70 - £75 per day based on experience.

As a Teaching Assistant within the English Department, you will be supporting lower set students, students with mild special educational needs and vulnerable students who have barriers to their learning, ensuring that the individual needs of all key students are met, and these students are provided with an equal opportunity to reach their full potential. Working alongside class teachers and

inclusion team members, you will be trained to plan, prepare and deliver engaging interventions lessons that meet Ofsted requirements.
