The role of a Branch Manager is hugely rewarding. You will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of experienced Education Consultants and Resourcers
- Working with clients and candidates across Essex

- Building a sales desk and growing your sales team

- Office operations, budgeting and cost control

This brilliant opportunity is open to people who already have experience billing in education recruitment, as well as management experience. Experience recruiting in Essex is not essential. We provide warm and friendly environments with full support and training provided and you'll be working within a market leading recruitment company with a long history of success.
