Tradewind Recruitment is on the lookout for competent, reliable, proactive and punctual Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of GCSE and A Level Exams of Secondary Schools across Hillingdon.

These exams will run for a minimum of 3 hours; either in the morning, afternoon or a full day.

As an Exam Invigilator, you are responsible for ensuring that exams run in accordance with the rules and regulations set out by the examinations board, and the general efficient running of timetabled exams.

Successful Exam Invigilators will:
-Monitor students during exams
-Assist with clerical issues
-Carry out relevant checks prior to the start of exams
-Assist in setting up and packing room exam rooms
-Ensure students have enough paper and stationary
-Assist students who need to leave the exam room for any reason
-Distribute and collect examination papers

The successful application will be reliable, flexible, an excellent communicator and remain professional at all times. They will be punctual, organised and have a positive attitude towards work and working within a large team.

All successful applicants must undergo an Enhanced Criminal Record Check (DBS) and supply two professional references.

To join us and be successful as an Exam Invigilator, you will need to:
-Be available throughout the majority of May and June and be flexible around shifts
-This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
-Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
-You must have the legal right to work in the UK
