A newly furbished EYFS - Post 16 school, in the leafy suburbs of Solihull is recruiting for a logn term ASD teacher to start withe them this September 2020.

The head teacher is looking for a dedicated teacher to join KS3 and flourish into a permanant member of staff with the supportive of their welcoming team. You will be required teach a class of 10 children with ASD and MLD, starting September 2020.

This setting, specialising in the care and education of children with Autism, is looking to expand its capacity in the new academic year, further growing its presence in the community and involvement with families. The school passionately promotes well being of pupils and staff alike as well as boasting an "Outstanding" OFSTED status.

The person they are looking for:
*Confidence with ASD and challenging behaviour
*Long term commitment from a practitioner that considers school life another family
*A collaborative, driven individual who will play a part in the setting's expansion
*Ideally someone with Team Teach training (not mandatory)

The role:
*5 days per week (4 days could be considered for the right person)
*term time only
*10 children in class
*All high functioning and verbal
*3 LSAs to support learning

The location: Very accessible via train and car with free parking on site

*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
