Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver engaging, challenging, and age-appropriate lesson plans for primary school students.
2. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes active student participation and collaboration.
4. Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning environment.
5. Utilise assessment data to inform instructional decisions and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
7. Stay abreast of educational best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
3. Proven experience as a primary school teacher with a successful teaching track record.
4. Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective instructional strategies.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage positively with parents and caregivers.
7. Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
