There is a student in the reception class that has ASD and needs one-to-one support. The student is lovely and doesn't have any behaviour issues so your goal will be to keep the student on track with their work!

You will be working in conjunction with an experienced class teacher and a qualified nursery nurse so having an early years' qualification isn't required. What is most important about this role is the EYFS knowledge and experience so if you're confident within EYFS then this is the role for you!

INFORMATION ON THE ROLE
*8:30AM to 4:00PM
*One-to-one Reception TA with a student diagnosed with ASD
*Helping with the delivery of the EYFS curriculum
*Working in conjunction with a qualified Nursery Nurse and an experienced Reception Teacher.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE
*ASD experience
*EYFS knowledge is a must
*EYFS experience is a must
*Great behaviour management
*Up to date safeguarding training
*A level 3 in childcare or equivalent (desired but not required)
*First aid training (desired)
*Assertive, Engaging and Proactive
