EYFS Teacher - Barking and Dagenham

Are you an experienced Primary Teacher specialising in Early Years looking to teach at a one-form school in Barking and Dagenham from September 2020? This is a great role for an experienced, committed and independent teacher who has the confidence to teach in the Early Years.

This Roman Catholic Primary School is offering long-term supply roles from £150 - £200 a day, depending on experience.

The School are looking for an enthusiastic, imaginative and energetic EYFS teacher who is looking to take on the following responsibilities:

developing and implementing lessons and work schemes, using the Early Years Foundation Stage as a framework
monitoring and recording progress
providing a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning
organising and supervising play and work activities
liaising with parents, carers and outside professionals
maintaining records
This is a Roman Catholic School that reflects British values in everything they do. The school aims to encourage the children to be creative, unique, open minded independent individuals, respectful of themselves and of others in their school, local community and the wider world.

The school is based in the East London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, close to the Overground and in easy distance of Central London.
To join us and be successful in this Early Years teaching role you will need to:

Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
You must have the legal right to work in the UK
Experience of teaching in the Early Years.
