Tradewind Manchester are actively looking for a EYFS Teacher for a 'good' school in Oldham.

This is a full time, permanent role which will either be on temp basis first or on a contract with the school with immediate effect.

The role is to start ASAP and is due to a change in structure in the EYFS department this year. After reviewing numbers and the timetable over the first term, the school have decided to focus additional funding on having another teacher to help support across EYFS.

To join us and be successful in this EYFS Teacher role, you will need to:
*Hold QTS Status
*Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
*Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
*Have the legal right to work in the UK

About the school:
We are recruiting for a EYFS Teacher on behalf of a relatively large primary school in Oldham. The school has a 'good' rating from Ofsted when last inspected in 2017. Results last year were below the national and LEA average, however average progress scores for Maths and Writing were well above average nationally and locally. The school is friendly and inclusive, very much at the heart of the community. The Head teacher is friendly and supportive and likes to employ NQTs and see them progress. The school has an extensive CPD programme and as they are part of a large MAT there is plenty of team teach and sharing of best practice.

The school is based in Oldham, with excellent public transport links and ample parking available.

About the role:
This OFSTED 'good' primary school (2017) are looking for an innovative and inspirational teacher to teach across EYFS. The role will start in ASAP and this is a permanent position. We are looking for someone who is keen and eager to learn whilst having the confidence to make a valuable contribution immediately. This is a young team with plenty of energy and enthusiasm.

The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Headteacher and wider leadership team to develop outstanding teaching and learning across school ensuring that attainment and achievement opportunities are maximised for our children. There will be a real focus on the transition between EYFS and Yr1 to ensure the children are achieving national levels of attainment as they move into the main school. The Head teacher has put a lot of emphasis on ensuring a good work life balance which she sees as being key to staff moral and harmony within the school.

As a Classroom Teacher, you will have the support of a cohesive and committed team of teachers and SLT who work collaboratively to maintain high standards and expectations, plus:
· a well-equipped school with interactive white boards and plenty of resources
· the successful Teacher will be provided with a comprehensive induction package and a wide range of CPD opportunities for all staff
