Job Description:

  • Supporting children aged 2-5 years old in the Early Years department with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), many of which are and undergoing assessment.
  • Commencing as soon as possible on a full-time, long-term basis.
  • Working within a vibrant, cohesive school environment known for its strong teamwork and organisation.
  • Assisting pupils with Autism and other Complex Needs encompassing emotional, learning, sensory, and communication difficulties.
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team in the Early Years department to guide young individuals toward appropriate pathways.
  • Providing support to children with diverse needs, aiming to enhance their learning experience.


  • Recent experience (within the last 5 years) in supporting children in Early Years settings.
  • Possession of an Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to apply for one.
  • Valid Overseas Police Clearances if applicable.
  • Professional references to be checked.
  • Submission of a comprehensive CV including a 10-year employment/education history with explanations for any gaps.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.


  • Pay rate up to £75 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications.
  • Access to training opportunities for long-term staff.
