After October half term, Tradewind will be looking to have a wonderful 1:1 Reception TA join a friendly, outgoing, and supportive team until July 2021. You will be working alongside a student with ASC, ensuring they are on track and working towards their daily, weekly and long-term targets.


Role Specifics:

*Commencing November 2nd 2020
*Reception 1:1 Teaching Assistant alongside a boy with ASC
*Experience in Early Years is essential
*Confidence working 1:1 and in small groups
*Preparing and delivering intervention lessons
*Knowledge of the EYFS is essential
*Outstanding 1 Form Entry School in the heart of Hammersmith and Fulham

This is an ideal role for someone who has experience working with students with ASC, and in Reception. The successful candidate will be patient, kind and looking to learn whilst in the role. Ideally the candidate will have worked in a similar environment and have the ability to track progress and keep records of the student. You will be expected to provide daily feedback to the parents and class teacher on their progression as well attend parent teacher evenings and meetings when requested.

The school is looking for someone who will want to learn and progress with the student and continue with him on his journey into KS1 if the right fit.
