Position: EYFS Teaching Assistant
Location: Brinnington, Stockport
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team. While prior experience in a similar role is desirable, we welcome applications from graduates in fields such as psychology, sociology, and criminology who are eager to kick-start their career in education.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assisting the EYFS teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
• Providing one-to-one support to children who require additional assistance in their learning journey.
• Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their educational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ideally, previous experience working in an early years setting or a relevant educational background.
• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 3 in Childcare and Education would be advantageous but not essential.
