Tradewind is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in the Stalybridge area of Stockport. This full-time role starts immediately after May Half Term, offering a competitive daily rate of £85 to £90.
Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Stalybridge, Stockport
Start Date: After May Half Term
Salary: £85 to £90 per day
Hours: Full-time
Role Overview: You will be working in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), providing essential support to the class teacher. Your experience and enthusiasm will help create a nurturing and dynamic learning environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher with daily activities and lesson preparation
- Support individual and group learning activities
- Help maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in EYFS
- Enthusiastic and dedicated personality
- DBS on the update service is beneficial
