Are you a dedicated and passionate Teacher of Maths seeking a fulfilling opportunity? Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a qualified Teacher of Maths to join a dynamic secondary school in North Lincolnshire on a full-time basis, starting from January. This exciting role offers the chance to work with a committed team of staff and contribute to the school's ongoing improvement.
Location: North Lincolnshire (Commutable from Scunthorpe, Retford, and Lincoln for drivers)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons for KS3 and KS4 students
- Provide effective and constructive feedback through marking and assessments
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment
Salary: The pay scale for this role is based on planning and marking responsibilities, offering a competitive daily rate ranging from £153.85 to £211.96 per day.
Contract Length: This assignment will run until the end of the academic year in July, with the exciting possibility of becoming a permanent position from September 2024.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching Maths
- Ability to inspire and engage students of various abilities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A valid DBS and professional references in accordance with DFE guidelines
