Tradewind Recruitment Leicestershire have the opportunity to recruit for a Fishing Instructor within the Oakham area. The role is starting ASAP on a part time (Tues to Thurs), long term basis.
The role is working with pupils aiming towards a BTEC in Fishery Management. The successful candidate will take out the pupils 3 times per week and teach them how to fish in line with the BTEC qualification.

A team team qualification is ideal and a driving licence is essential to drive the school minibus.
The Instructor will have a thorough knowledge of SEND and a holistic/therapeutic approach to education.

The school is set in picturesque Leicestershire countryside in a stunning residential estate. The setting offers a therapeutic, calming environment for the primary and secondary pupils to attend.

The ideal candidate will be:

* A talented fisherman
* Experienced working with young people
* Team Teach trained (preferable)
* Knowledgeable about supporting pupils with SEBD and SEMH
* Available immediately with a DBS on the update service
* Able to commit long term to the school and pupils for continuity
