- Convenient Working Hours: We value your work-life balance and understand the importance of a structured day. As a Tradewind educator, your working hours will be from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Embrace a consistent routine while enjoying the satisfaction of shaping young minds.
- Commitment and Availability: To provide the best support to our partner schools, we require a minimum commitment of at least 2 full days per week. This ensures a consistent and reliable presence in the classrooms, creating stability for the students and continuity in their education
- Passionate, Adaptable, and Experienced: To succeed in this rewarding role, you must possess a genuine passion for education, be adaptable to different teaching environments, and ideally have experience working with children. If you possess these qualities, we can't wait to have you join our team!
- Support Every Step of the Way: At Tradewind, your professional growth and development matter to us. We will assist you in applying for a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to ensure a safe and secure working environment. Additionally, we provide access to 2,500 courses through the National College, empowering you to enhance your skills and expand your expertise.

- Your income matters: we will always seek to get you the highest rate of pay and will provide you with the best possible advice. The minimum daily rate starts from £76 a day.
