General Administrator


This is a long-term role in a Secondary School based in Monks Orchard Croydon starting immediately on a long-term basis with the possibility of a permanent contract in the future at a rate of £11/hour.
The school is a Good OFSTED rated secondary school that consistently gets strong results in academic and behaviour. The school looks believes in striving for academic success, respecting individual abilities and talents, and fostering pride in the school.

We are looking for:
*A candidate with demonstrable Secondary School administrator experience
*Proficiency in SIMS is a must
*Positive attitude and pride in their work
*A candidate who is familiar with up to date safeguarding policies and procedures
*Someone within daily commuting distance to Croydon or Eden Park
*A candidate with a DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to participate in a DBS check

The Role:
*General administrator responsibilities
oLiaising with internal bodies and parents/carers
oStepping in where needing to ensure the smooth operations of the front desk and admin office
oAnswering phones/Greeting visitors
oCompleting SIMS updates as needed and inputting invoices using SIMS
oOrdering stock as needed
*8-4 or 9-5 working hours

The General Administrator will start working on a long-term basis and will have the option of joining on a permanent basis in the future.
