If so, our client school in Hulme, Manchester is looking for talented and motivated individuals like you to join our team as Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistants, starting in September 2023!

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the education and development of their students. You will work closely with the class teacher to create engaging and inspiring learning experiences, tailored to the needs of each child. Your dedication and commitment will help our pupils grow in confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in planning and delivering high-quality lessons.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them grasp key concepts.

Assist with the assessment of student progress, providing feedback and reporting to the teacher.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes curiosity and engagement.

Help to manage classroom behavior, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure the holistic development of each child.

Qualifications and Skills:

A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

Experience in a similar role or working with children in an educational setting (desired).

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn.
