As the successful Geography Teacher you will need to have excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to ensuring that each pupil under your care achieves to the best of their ability. Inspiring a thirst for knowledge within this subject from an early stage will support with the departments popularity of students choosing the subject at both GCSE and A-level.
In your role as a Geography Teacher, will need to monitor and support the overall progress and development of students, whilst also facilitating and encouraging a positive learning experience, which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential. Working within a supportive and popular humanities department this is a great opportunity for an experienced Geography Teacher looking to take their next step in their career or for someone who has newly qualified looking for the right start in their career development.

The school has received excellent exam results in recent years since the appointment of their current Headteacher and are looking for this to continue.
