The successful candidate will:
* Have the ability to teach KS3-KS4 Geography to a high standard and motivate students across all abilities. Experience teaching RE and/or History will also be an advantage.
* Have a proven track record of success teaching at all key stages
* Be a consistently outstanding teacher
* Be committed, flexible and innovative in your teaching methods
* Be able to support the Head of Department to motivate others in the pursuit of continuous improvement within the department.
