About the School - Graduate Cover Supervisor
Located in Hatfield, Hertfordshire this excellent Secondary School has consistently raised attainment and results over the last 4 years. Following the appointment of a New local Headteacher the schools staff retention and moral is at an all time high as the school moves into a new era. Staff within the school have worked hard to achieve this making improvements in all areas but one of the biggest success stories has been the introduction of Graduate cover Supervisors who work within various subject specific departments, alongside individual students and with small literacy and numeracy groups to raise attainment and provide support to students where required.

Graduate Cover Supervisor requirements:
* Minimum of a 2:1 degree and strong A-Levels preferably in core subjects.
* Strong, confident approach to teaching to inspire and lead students
* Able to support all aspects of school life including extracurricular activities
* Open to taking on teacher training later
