Graduate Intervention Coach - Full-time - Long-term - Stockport

Tradewind Manchester are looking to recruit a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a position within a large and oversubscribed Stockport Primary school supporting pupils who need extra support within KS2.

Graduate Intervention Coach - Primary:
-Immediate start for the right candidate
-Based in Stockport - 5 mins walk from Stockport train station
-Good transportation links
-£300 - £350 per week, term time
-Excellent KS2 department
-Full time, Monday - Friday school hours
-Warm environment - supporting pupils in Year 4
-Supportive inclusion department - all abilities including high achiever

Graduate Intervention Coach - The Role:
-Work alongside a talented and supportive inclusion KS2 department
-Develop teaching techniques and communication skills
-Lead 1:1 / small group intervention groups - planning provided
-Monitor pupil progress
-Supporting teachers working with pupils on a 1:1 and group basis
-Take on feedback to continually improve your practice

Graduate Intervention Coach - Person Specification:
-Degree / Level 3 Teaching Assistant
-Excellent organisation and communication skills
-Previous experience working with children (not necessarily in a classroom) is desirable
-Passionate about education or aspirations to teach
