Tradewind is currently working with an academy based in Corby that caters for pupils with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. They are seeking a graduate who can support pupils on a 1:1 basis from September. The successful candidate will work with primary and secondary aged pupils on a full-time basis initially through tradewind before progressing onto a permanent contract.

Criteria:

• Degree Qualified
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with children (does not need to be school based)
• SEN knowledge and experience (highly desirable)
• Desire to gain in-class experience from a range of excellent teachers
• Strong, confident personality that will inspire students
• Keen to get involved with all aspects of school life including extracurricular activities
• Open to taking on teacher training in the future
