Graduate LSA's - Fantastic Primary School located in Waltham Cross, Herts - Open to all Graduates with a minimum 2:2 grade and passion for SEN - Immediate start - £95 per day - Long term post

Are you a recent graduate who is considering a role in education and would like to gain in-class experience on a paid basis? Would you be keen to work in a leading Primary School in Waltham Cross supporting children with autism or communication difficulties?

Tradewind is working with a popular School who are looking for the support of talented Graduates who is keen to experience working in busy Key Stage 1 and 2 Classes on a whole class and one to one basis!

***Graduate Learning Support Assistants - Superb Primary School located in Waltham Cross

***Immediate start - long term role for the whole academic year - £95 per day

***Working with whole classes and on a one-to-one basis with moderate needs SEN pupils

***Great experience for those looking to gain experience prior to applying for teacher training

This lovely community school is in a central part of Waltham Cross and has been helping local students get a great start to their education for the past 50 years. Starting as soon as possible the school is looking to bring in energetic graduates with a passion for primary and special needs education where they will be set to work with whole classes and/or individual students with recognised needs for one-to-one support. This is a yearlong, paid role that could lead to further training and development including teacher training for those that show potential.

Graduate LSA requirements:

  • Minimum of a 2:2 degree and strong A-Levels
  • Desire to gain in-class experience from a range of excellent teachers
  • Strong, confident personality that will inspire students
  • Desire to support children with SEN to build confidence and achieve
  • Keen to get involved with all aspects of school life including extracurricular activities
  • Potentially open to taking on teacher training at the end of the academic year
