MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Resource, recruit and undertake registration interviews for outstanding candidates from the education sector
- Focus on candidate database growth week on week, year on year
- Adhere to weekly targets and KPI's, set in conjunction with your manager
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure relevant candidate attraction and minimum utilisation targets are hit
- Work closely with the Support team to ensure 100% file compliance
- Write accurate and concise profiles of candidates registered
