Tradewind are seeking a recent graduate to work in a Secondary setting in Chesterfield starting September 2020. They are looking for a recent graduate to work as an Academy supervisor across the whole Academy. The salary will range from £11,500 - £15,600.

The Academy is based in the centre of the town with excellent transport links to the M1 and Surrounding towns and Cities. They are an Academy at the heart of the local community. They strive to provide the best opportunities to support every child. They have a can-do culture where learners thrive on high self-esteem and confidence. They pride themselves in there open communication providing a quality learning service.

The successful graduate Academy Supervisor will be required to provide support across the whole Academy with a variety of responsibilities including Teaching Assistant, Admin and Midday Supervisor work. They will be providing both whole class and small group support, in addition to helping prepare resources across the Academy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to further their experience within an Academy based setting to help further a career within education. They are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed graduate Academy assistant who is willing to join a friendly, dedicated and hardworking team.

Upon visiting the Academy, Tradewind were impressed with the warm welcome from staff and students. The SLT are well respected within the Academy and there is great room for CPD and progression.

Essential requirements:

Knowledge of the primary UK National Curriculum, legal right to work in the UK, DBS check.
