*The school is a large and multicultural school with 1500 students on roll. Due to the growth of the school, an all through primary was created in 2015.
*The school is a Good Ousted school and received this recently, after going through a journey to achieve this result.

*The school is seeking a graduate for a pastoral role working with a year group in the school to support students in this year group.


About the Role - Graduate Student Manager - Bar net, North London
*Trade wind are currently working with a Secondary school in North West London, currently seeking to recruit a Graduate Student Manager.
*This role is a Pastoral role, essentially like a Head of Year.
*In this position, the graduate will occasionally cover lessons, but most importantly will be involved in pastoral responsibilities. These will include meeting parents to discuss students, making phone calls to parents, helping run a year group and other responsibilities.
*The school is seeking a candidate who has already graduated or is due to graduate.
*The school is flexible with the start date and can employ a graduate to start at any time between now and September.
*The school is also flexible with the contract and can offer a permanent contract or one year contract.
*The school will consider applications from both candidates who are considering going in to teaching, and those who are just interested in a non-teaching pastoral role.
