In this exciting Primary Teaching Assistant position, you will be joining a specific class based on the school's need. Part of your role will include aiming to impress the SLT enough to earn a place on their School Direct scheme and learning how to create a differentiated lesson plan. You will be gaining a complete and comprehensive understanding of teaching through a flexible role. To ensure you are settled, you will be communicating frequently with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator so both you and your pupils are getting the most out of your placement. You will have a SENCO who will help you settle in to school life and guide you throughout your time within the school.
