Teaching Assistant required for Secondary School in Barnet; full time position that will commence ASAP.

Tradewind Recruitment are working with an Ofsted rated Outstanding Secondary School in Barnet who are seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team ASAP. This will be a full time position offered on a long term basis until the end of the academic year. This school also offers a teacher training programme.

About the role - Graduate Teaching Assistant - Barnet:
*You will be responsible for creating and facilitating a positive learning environment for students in KS3, KS4 and KS5, through encouragement, motivation and positive reinforcement.
*You will working with students across a range of subject who have differing needs and learning abilities. You will ensure that the individual needs of all students are met through differentiation, intervention and compassionate in class support.
About the candidate - Graduate Teaching Assistant - Barnet:
*The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree (minimum) in any discipline. Applicants aspiring to become teachers will be favoured preferably.
*You will be a hardworking, dedicated and motivated individual who is friendly, approachable and patient.
*A graduate who has experience working with children such as tutoring, youth work or mentoring would particularly suit this position. Prior experience is not strictly essential as all training will be provided.

Serviced by the Northern line and local buses, this school is easily accessible from all areas of North and Central London.
