Graduates with experience of youth work, SEN exposure, tuition or coaching are encouraged to apply and will benefit from supportive schools, ongoing support and free training. Many facilities offer ongoing and permanent contracts and we have various roles to suit.
Duties will include,
** Supporting students in small groups and on a 1-2-1 basis
** Delivering pre-set work across a range of subjects
** Managing behaviour and ensuring a suitable learning environment is maintained for all students
