Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with an excellent Secondary School in the inner London borough of Camden, who are seeking hardworking and ambitious graduates, wanting to commence their careers in education this September. This is a full time, long term Teaching Assistant position of one academic year.

The successful applicant will:

*Engage, inspire and encourage students to achieve their full potential, both academically and emotionally
*Hold a minimum 2:1 degree in any specialism
*Want to use this opportunity as a Teaching Assistant to gain class-based experience prior to commencing teacher training

Working in small groups or on a one to one basis you will help support students from a range of backgrounds. This school has a proportion of students who are from low socioeconomic backgrounds and in many cases have English as their second language, meaning they join the school at lower than expected ability levels. You may also be supporting students with additional learning needs including but not limited to ASD, ADHD or Dyslexia.
