The ideal candidate is someone who is personable and not afraid to get their head down and hit the ground running! They want someone who is flexible, open to learning and a very good team player.

QUALIFICATIONS
*Good literacy skills - GCSE Grade C or above in English Language; Level 2
*English or above; or equivalent Global delay experience
*Good numeracy skills- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths; Level 2 Maths or
*An honours degree (preferably Upper Second) or equivalent
*Up to date First Aid training
*Up to date Safeguarding training

The school has most recently been graded as Good' by Ofsted and in the most inspection they mentioned that the leadership team has brought clear vision and direction since the last inspection. The school has also appointed a new Head teacher who comes across as an absolute joy and who has a clear and achievable plan for the school. She wants the best from her staff but is also a firm believer of positive mental health in the workplace so has strategies in place to make the school a great place to be for students and staff alike!

INFORMATION ON THE ROLE
*8:00AM to 4:00PM
*Graduate Teaching Assistant
*Small intervention classes as well as general Teaching Assistant work
*Rate is between £70 - £80 per day based on experience
*Preparation & planning for booster classes
*ASAP start with view of going permanent

Queen's Park station is closest station in proximity to the school - there are also various busses that drop you near the grounds
