About the Role - Primary Teaching Assistant

To be successful in this post academic ability must be coupled with the right personal skills to help this wonderful class to develop a lasting love for education. The personal qualities required for this role will be to motivate, inspire and progress 30 young pupils. This will involve being able to proactively support children through targeted small group work, interventions and the opportunity to assist whole class lessons. This permanent role has been created with the intention to lead to a full teacher training placement via the school's own programme.
