A primary school in Muswell Hill, Haringey are recruiting for a Year 5/Year 6 teaching assistant to start in December/January 2020. The roles are full time (5 days per week) and the school working hours are 8.30am to 4pm.

Your role as a teaching assistant includes providing high quality whole class support as well as some work with small groups of pupils around reading, writing, maths and social skills.

If you are an enthusiastic, proactive graduate with prior experience working with children we would love to hear from you! Moreover, if a career in teaching is of interested then this could be the perfect first step!

The school is looking for Teaching Assistants who:

*Have a good academic background, ideally a 2:1 degree
*Have excellent written skills, grammar, punctuation, mathematics
*Have friendly, assertive, enthusiastic manner
*Are keen to progress into teaching
