Tradewind Recruitment are working with a progressive, inclusive and nurturing Secondary School in Harrow who are seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team ASAP. These Graduate Teaching Assistant positions will be offered on a full time, long term basis and will run until the end of the academic year in the first instance.

About the role - Graduate Teaching Assistant - Harrow:
*Implement structured and agreed learning activities and teaching programmes for individuals and groups of students within Science classes
*Adjust learning activities and teaching programmes to take account of student needs and responses
*Assist students to access learning activities through specialist support, recognising and responding to their individual needs
*Provide feedback to students on their progress, development and achievement
*Promote and employ strategies to enable the inclusion and acceptance of all students, encourage self-esteem, and recognise and reward independence and self-reliance
About the candidate - Graduate Teaching Assistant - Harrow:
*The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree (minimum) in any discipline
*This position would particularly suit an aspiring teacher
*You will be a hardworking, dedicated and motivated individual who is friendly, approachable and patient.
*A graduate who has experience working with children such as tutoring, youth work or mentoring would particularly suit this position. Prior experience is not strictly essential as all training will be provided.
