Tradewind Recruitment are working with a highly regarded Secondary School in Hillingdon who are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their inclusion team as soon as possible. This position will be offered on a full-time basis, commencing in September and will run until the end of the academic year.

About the role - Teaching Assistant - Hillingdon:

* You will be supporting those students within KS3 - KS5 who have additional needs or learning difficulties, to achieve their individual goals

* You will work alongside class teachers and inclusion team members to provide in class support, and to plan and deliver bespoke interventions and learning tasks for your key students

* Becoming a part of the school community is essential to this role, so you will also take part in lunch time or after school homework clubs and extracurricular activities

About the candidate - Teaching Assistant - Hillingdon:

· The successful candidate will be a recent graduate and be interested in pursuing a career in education. Applications from graduate with an English, Maths or Science Degree will be looked upon favourably.

· You will be a confident, engaging and pragmatic individual who is passionate about education and supporting students in need.

· You will be adaptable, flexible and work well both individually and as part of a team.

· Prior experience working or volunteering with students in any form is preferable but not essential as all training will be provided.

· This position will particularly suit a recent graduate who is eager to commence a career in education and is looking to train as a teacher in the near future.
